1.The Referral Program ('the Program') is open only to registered buyers attending Global Sources Exhibitions during 11-30 October 2020 at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong ('the Event').
2.To be eligible to participate in the Program, the Referrer must register for the Program before 8 October 2020 and also register as a buyer of the Event. Exhibitors of the Event, directors, officers, employees and/or agents of the Exhibitors of the Event are not eligible for the Program and cannot be qualified as the Referrer or Referee (as defined in Clause 3 below).
3.To be eligible to participate in the Program, the Referee must complete the registration procedure as notified by Global Sources and also registered as buyer of the Event. The Referee must NOT be an Exhibitor of the Event, or a director, officer, employee and/or agent of an Exhibitor of the Event.
4.To enjoy the Referral Reward (as defined in Clause 5 below), the following conditions must be fulfilled:- a. Referrer must successfully register as buyer of the Event; b. Referrer must complete the Referral Registration (the "Program Registration") in accordance with the instructions stated in the email sent by Global Sources after Referrer’s successful buyer registration for the Event; and c. Referrer must present confirmation email issued by Global Sources for mileage redemption with valid Asia Miles membership card and personal identity document to Asia Miles redemption counter in person.
5.500 Asia Miles will be given as Referral Reward to the Referrer of at least one Referee upon verification of the Program Registration submitted by the Referrer (“Successful Referral”). An additional 200 Asia Miles will be given to the Referrer for each Referee who has duly registered as buyer of the Event and physically attended the Event (“Additional Referral Reward”).
6.500 Asia Miles will be given as Referee Reward to Referee upon successful registration in accordance with the instructions stated in the email sent by Global Sources, provided that Referee presents confirmation email issued by Global Sources for mileage redemption with valid Asia Miles membership card and personal identity document to Asia Miles redemption counter in person.
7.Each buyer can be a Referrer and Referee at the same time and entitled to a Referral Reward of 500 Asia Miles in total.
8.Referrers cannot refer themselves as Referees. Referrers and Referees cannot refer each other to register as buyers for the Event. To be eligible for the Referral Reward, the Referee who has been successfully referred by one Referrer cannot be repeatedly referred by the same Referrer or other Referrer(s).
9.Asia Miles Rewards cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged, or converted into cash, or redeemed for any services/products of Global Sources.
10.Buyers should ensure that the information of Asia Miles membership card for Asia Miles redemption provided onsite are correct. Global Sources will not further handle the Asia Miles redemption if there is any incorrect information of Asia Miles membership provided by buyers.
11.Each buyer may earn a maximum of 1000 Asia Miles during the Global Sources Exhibitions period of 11-30 October 2020.
12.The approval of any registration and/or the above reward(s) is subject to the decision of Global Sources and Asia Miles, which shall be final and conclusive.
