You can do so using our print magazine subscription form. Fill in your particulars and click submit to confirm your print subscription. Or visit us at any of the trade shows we attend worldwide and subscribe at the Global Sources booth. What is the cost of subscribing to a print sourcing magazine? The cost depends on the type of delivery you choose: air courier or surface mail. A print magazine subscription delivered by air courier costs US$60 for 4 issues and US$170 for 12 issues. A surface-mail print magazine subscription costs US$25 for 4 issues and US$75 for 12 issues. What is the difference between a surface-mail and an air-courier print subscription? Surface-mail print subscriptions take 4-6 weeks to reach you. Air-courier print subscriptions should reach you 3-7 days after publication. That's up to five weeks faster than by surface mail. How do I know when my print subscription will end? You will be notified by mail before your subscription ends to ensure uninterrupted delivery of your magazines. When and how should I renew my print subscription? For uninterrupted service, please renew your subscription at least three months before your final issue. You can do so at our print magazine subscription form. Fill in your particulars and click submit to confirm your subscription. Or visit us at any of the trade shows we attend worldwide and renew your subscription at the Global Sources booth. After renewing my print subscription, why did I still get another invoice or reminder to renew? International payments take time to reach us and renewal reminders from Global Sources that are sent by mail take time to reach you. Subscribers may still receive a second invoice or renewal reminder from us after they have renewed or sent payment. Please ignore the invoice or reminder and accept our apologies. If you have any problems regarding your invoices or renewal reminders, please contact us. How do I change my mailing address? Use the online Update Contact Details form, or send a request to one of our Customer Services representatives using the online Contact Us form. Please allow up to four weeks from the date you submit your form for your change of address to take effect. How do I cancel my print subscription? You may cancel your subscription at any time and receive a full refund on all unserved issues. We would appreciate if you let us know the reason for your cancellation when you submit your request. Your feedback will help us to serve you better in the future. Do I need any software to download the e-magazine? You do not need special software to download the e-magazines. However, you do need PDF reading software to read e-magazines (e.g., Adobe Reader 10). For best download performance, download the latest copy of Adobe Reader. How can I save an e-magazine for browsing later? Right-click on the e-magazine download link and select "save as". We recommend saving copies of your e-magazine issues for easy retrieval and browsing Alternatively, after the e-magazine is successfully downloaded in web browser, right-click anywhere on the e-magazines and select "save as". Can I download the past issues of e-magazines? Past issues are available online for all eGSOL registrants (free) from your sourcing preference page (www.globalsources.com/emag).
